My 2016 Golf was serviced at Herman Cook for an intake manifold failure, a carbon cleaning, and an oil change. The manifold was replaced under the Ca PZEV at no cost to me. Service Consultant Ricardo Sanchez was excellent; very professional and excellent communication. I highly recommend Herman Cook VW Service!

Visited Herman Cook VW on Thursday, May 28th. Had an appt. for 11:00am, Drop off went smoothly. I told Alan, my car advisor if he could call by 2:00pm to let me know what was needed because I had a Board meeting at 2:30PM. I thought 3 hours time frame for diagnosis was reasonable. I brought my GTI in for a 5K oil change which I was planning to pay for since the warranty covers 10K service intervals, not 5K oil changes. I was pleasantly surprised to find to find I was coincidentally due for my 2 year warranty service which meant my service was covered. I didn’t realize the service was 20K or 2 years. My odometer was only at 15K.

My experience with the dealership was fantastic. The Team was knowledgeable and transacted the deal in a family, friendly manner.
After calling 62 times, I finally was able to connect with Alfredo Alonso and within 2 mins I received the email with my bill of sale. I think it is ludicrous that the phone lines were busy from 8:30 am to 12:00 on a Monday. Thank you Alfredo!
The Bluetooth problem was never resolved, wanted 250$ for updating firmware which really should be free

Alan, my service tech did an amazing job with breaking the bad news that my 2021 RTO needed a new water pump. Just slightly out of #Warranty Alan worked with his manager to get the water pump installed quickly and for a reasonable price I sincerely appreciate that and would recommend anyone to Herman Cook VW.

It's a rare thing to have a service rep, especially at a dealer, do well with both the customer connection and hit good customer service marks. Ricardo did both. Got the car back running fine. Not charged excessively. And the cherry on top was the excellent recommendations on how to keep the car going longer. (Psst, Use too tier fuel). Highly recommended.

Mostly smooth and pleasant experience buying a used Volkswagen from Herman Cook VW. Annie was helpful and low pressure. Only hiccup was their attempt to force to purchase a pre installed aftermarket security device which we fortunately for not want to pay for and want removed from the car professionally. We succeeded in dropping it from the price but they claim their supplier must do the removal. I got it in writing that they will do it when the supplier visits, but it will be a hassle for me. Had a tire issue with my Tiguan on a recent trip and searched for the nearest VW dealer and found Herman Cook. The service writer, sorry I didn't catch his name, was excellent and provided immediate assistance with my issue so that I could get back on my 350 mile trip. Can't thank him enough and the person he assigned to make sure that my vehicle was good to go. Thank you both. It's a shame that I am located 35 miles from them otherwise they would be my choice for service for my vehicle.

As always I'm very happy with the service for my VW at Herman Cook. I appreciate the honesty of the mechanics, and I appreciate how they let me see what they did and what needs replaced or repaired.
